Full-Spectrum Services

Every body, every pregnancy, and every birth is different. The services listed here offer a standard framework to work within. If you have specific needs, let’s talk. I’m here with my time, guidance, hands, and heart.

Birth Support

$1,200 | support package

While there’s no way to ever fully “prepare” for birth, we’ll work together to make sure you’re well-versed in your options, your stress is managed, and you’re feeling at peace as you delve into the unknown.

  • 3 meetings (A least one prenatal and one postpartum are strongly recommended)

-Prenatal: Birth planning and discussion of options, labor education and support with you and your partner, accompanying you to care provider appointments, pain management strategies, solidifying postpartum support and community, setting up your space/nursery at home, or simply rapport-building and hanging out.

-Postpartum: Recommended in the first month postpartum and can be used for birth processing/a symbolic closing of pregnancy and birth, infant care, and companionship.

  • Unlimited text, phone, and email support once contract is signed.

  • Partner coaching.

  • Developing a birth intention document and practicing intentions together.

  • On-call labor and delivery support from 38 weeks on. (We’ll talk more about when in-person labor support typically starts.)

  • Birth notes and processing.

    Add-ons

  • 16-hr postpartum care for birthing parent

    and baby ($400, excludes overnights)

  • Written birth story ($200)

Additional Full-Spectrum Support

“Full spectrum” means supporting all outcomes and all experiences. In a culture that caters to the “standard” experience, asks that we grieve efficiently and neatly, and often dismisses and exploits our pain, navigating anything that departs from the “norm” can be incredibly isolating.

You deserve empathy, understanding, and care through it all.

  • Preconception, TTC, and fertility struggles.

  • Miscarriage and loss.

  • Abortion.

  • Surrogacy (whether you’re using one or are a surrogate).

  • Adoption and fostering (whether you plan to adopt/foster, have adopted/fostered, or are carrying a baby who will be adopted/fostered)

  • LGBTQA+ individuals & families.

  • Gender-affirming care.

  • Pregnancy and parenting without a partner.

Postpartum Support

$140 | 4 hour postpartum support shift

No matter your birth experience, the physical, emotional, and life shift that happens postpartum is real. With compassion, patience, and presence, I’m here to help make the transition a little bit easier.

  • Support in your home between 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Household tasks (laundry, cleaning pump/bottle parts, dishes, etc.).

  • Meal prep.

  • Caring for newborn or siblings.

  • Pregnancy reflection and birth processing.

  • Breast/chestfeeding support.

  • Nurturing care for you as you heal.

Virtual Support

If in-person support isn’t an option for you or isn’t the kind of care you need, virtual support may help fill the gaps.
