Your body has always been yours.

And you were never meant to do this alone.

As a doula, I’m here to help you find openness, autonomy, and clarity as you navigate the seasons of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I’m Rachael (she/her/hers).

To me, being a doula means being many things: a companion, a listener, an advocate, a guide, a resource, a provider of snacks, a pair of loving hands, and a reminder that there is no “right way” to walk the path of pregnancy or parenthood. I’m here to ensure that your voice is heard, your body remains yours, and to be a source of light (and laughter) in the haze of uncertainty.

I believe in full-spectrum support, informed choice, and thoughtful advocacy for pregnant people and their families.

Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Support

Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or your fourth, unknowns are inevitable. As your doula, I aim to help you make empowered decisions, tap into your own wisdom, and lean into loving support when you need it.

From setting birth intentions with you, to helping you manage contractions, to being there when the surreal experience of postpartum has finally arrived, we’ll move through this profound transition together.

“When we enter the world of birth, we step across the threshold from the mundane to the sacred.”

— Britta Bushnell, Transformed by Birth
